Body wraps are a way to help you slim down inches, exfoliate & cleanse, get rid of impurities(detoxify), tighten & tone any loose skin you may have, and make stretch marks less noticeable.
After doing some research, and talking to 3 of my friends that sell essential oils. I found 3 recipes you can choose from to do in the comfort of your own home for less.
Now I’m not criticizing other wrap companies, or saying they don’t work. I am just saying that DIY homemade body wraps can work just as good as the ones you pay for online or get at spas.
Remember: it is important to stay hydrated when doing any body wrap. Make sure you drink at least 8 ounces of water.
1. Young Living Body Wrap Recipe:
You can get young living essential oils at enter user ID#1875931
30 drops of ledum
10 drops of lemon
10 drops of lemongrass
10 drops of cypress
4 ounces of v-6 oil
Apply mixed ingredients to stomach or any other problem areas you may have. After applying to stomach or problem areas cover with ace bandage. Then wrap saran wrap on top of ace bandage. Place a blanket over you. Keep on for one hour. Take blanket, saran wrap, and ace bandages off and enjoy!
Mix ingredients in a glass spray bottle. Spray on stomach. Cover with ace bandages followed by 3 layers of saran wrap. Leave on for 1-2 hours or leave on overnight.
3. Purely Essential oils recipe:
10-15 drops slenderize
4 ounces of carrier oil
